Renee Williams is a Google Certified Teacher (New York 2012) and is currently a Technology Integration Coach at the American School of Dubai’s Elementary School. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Renee has her Masters in special education and an Educational Leadership Certificate through Buffalo State. Currently she is working towards her E-Learning Certificate through Wisconsin/Stout. Having been a classroom and special education teacher for many years, she now enjoys working with others in designing meaningful ways to link the ever-changing technologies to the curriculum. She co-presented at the first Google Teacher Summit this last July in Santa Clara and will present at Bangkok's upcoming NESA conference. She is also a charter member of Tokyo’s chapter of Phi Delta Kappa, a member of Computer-Using Educators, has taught courses in educational assessment for Seattle University, and in her ‘spare’ time has traveled to over 80 countries.
